As diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs and initiatives are being cut or called into question, how can communications professionals respond to the changing climate while continuing to champion this important work?

Join Cincinnati PRSA for a tactical conversation focused on DEI communications strategies hosted by Amy E. Hull, Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Paycor, Inc. During this interactive session, we'll discuss:

  • Managing demands from leadership
  • How funding impacts strategy Legislative updates related to DEI
  • How we can continue to maintain or advance DEI efforts

2025 Cincinnati PRSA Diversity Scholarship

Cincinnati PRSA is proud to announce our 2025 Diversity Scholarship to local college students in our industry! Through the power of academics, Cincinnati PRSA is providing the recognition and funding to help you excel in your future career in PR and communication. 
The 2025 Diversity Scholarship recipient must:

  • Be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student currently enrolled at a Greater Cincinnati- or Dayton-area college or university
  • Maintain a 3.0 GPA
  • Be involved in their campus PRSSA chapter OR is a member of the PRSSA Affiliate Program
  • Major in public relations, journalism, marketing or a related field

In celebration of Women's History Month, PRSA and the Museum of Public Relations are hosting a panel on March 19 called Diverse Dialogues: The Power of Womanhood: Skills, Mentorship & Career Mobility. This dynamic discussion will highlight the essential skills women need to excel in public relations, the transformative role of mentorship and sponsorship in professional growth, and the strategies that have propelled trailblazing women to leadership.

Community Service

Your input is needed to help a senior journalism student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Sophie Boucher is working on her Honors Thesis, studying how organizational structures and policies of public relations firms/agencies influence intergenerational workplace relationships within the industry. She reached out to Cincinnati PRSA for help to reach her goal of 300+ responses. Participation is completely confidential and voluntary. 

The survey is expected to take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and consists of both close-ended and open-ended questions. It can be taken here.
